Art by Your Friends & Neighbors

After two years of “virtual” art shows, the 21st annual Art by Your Friends & Neighbors exhibit will be “back on the walls” in 2022!

Since 2001, Art by Your Friends & Neighbors has opened at the Marion Heritage Center on the same day as the nationally rated Marion Arts Festival. The Festival draws 13,000+ visitors to City Square Park and features the work of 50 artists and artisans from across the United States. Art by Your Friends & Neighbors gives art lovers a chance to see the works of the many talented folk from right around here.

Space is available for the first 60 artists, photographers and sculptors who submit their work. Information will be sent to all past exhibitors. Artists interested in being added to the list may contact the Marion Heritage Center. Many of the works are offered for sale, but this is optional.

The public is invited to vote for their favorite artwork entries between May 21 and July 30. Simply cast your vote at the exhibit. The top three vote recipients receive a $100 prize courtesy of Hills Bank and Trust Company. We are grateful for the sponsorship Hills Bank has provided again this year.
