Parking & Entry

Free parking is available on streets adjacent to the Heritage Center and throughout uptown Marion.

Enter the Museum on the North/6th Avenue side of the building.

The Museum is wheelchair accessible.

Bus Routes: Use bus stop #1295 on Route 20. Visit Cedar Rapids Transit for detailed routes and schedules.

The Fuel Question
This exhibit, in collaboration with NEXTera Energy Resources, will present Marion’s historical past in peat fuel alongside information about current solar and wind power technologies.
